The Service
The Internal Leader is a structured behavioural and personal development programme. It includes a 120 day guided journey, assessments, practices, progress tracking, optional written reflections and Integration Mode.
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or over. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign in details secure.
Not Therapy or Crisis Support
The Internal Leader is not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or crisis support. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, contact the emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.
Subscriptions and Payment
The price, billing period and plan are shown before you place your order. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
By completing checkout, you authorise the stated recurring payment. We will provide confirmation of your subscription on a durable medium, normally by email. That confirmation will include the applicable pre-contract information and a record of your express request for immediate digital access and your acknowledgement concerning the cancellation right. Access is personal and may not be shared or transferred.
Immediate Digital Access
At checkout, you are asked separately to request immediate access before the end of the usual 14 day cancellation period. Where the law permits, you acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply of the digital content begins. This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can stop future renewal at any time through the subscription management portal when available, or by emailing hello@theinternalleader.com. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for, and access continues until that date.
Payments already made are not normally refunded for a partly used billing period unless required by law or expressly agreed by us. Cancelling does not remove any statutory rights you may have.
Price or Service Changes
We may improve, change or discontinue parts of the service. If we change the price of an existing subscription, we will give reasonable advance notice before the new price applies. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
A founding price applies only while the qualifying subscription remains active. If it ends and you later subscribe again, the price available at that later time may apply.
Your Content and Privacy
You retain ownership of written reflections and other original content you enter. Optional reflection storage is controlled separately and is off unless you choose to enable it. Our use of personal information is explained in the Privacy Notice.
Acceptable Use
You must not share account credentials, interfere with the service, attempt to access another person's data, introduce malicious code, copy or redistribute programme content, or use the service unlawfully.
Intellectual Property
The programme, exercises, design, branding and other materials supplied through The Internal Leader are owned by or licensed to us. Your subscription gives you a personal, limited and non transferable right to use them while you have access.
Availability and Responsibility
We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error free access. Maintenance, security work and circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from consumer use.
Suspension or Ending Access
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, serious breach of these terms or non payment. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will give reasonable notice of material changes and ask you to accept a new version where required.
Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring a claim available where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern.
